  The Michigan Constitution, Article VII Section 18, establishes the offices of a township board.
   Each official on the Corwith Township Board plays an important role in the functioning of the township. The board consists of the Supervisor, Clerk, Treasurer and two Trustees, collectively known as the "Board of Trustees."

Voting Information. 
Optional Early Voting days will take place from July 25, 2026 to August 2, 2026, 8 AM to 4 PM each day. Early Voting is held at Bagley Township Hall, 3660 Krys Road, Gaylord Michigan.  Alternatively, voting will be held on August 4, 2026, from 7 AM to 8 PM at the Corwith Township Hall.

Township trash drop-off days and times are:
Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM,  year round.
Thursdays, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, beginning the first Thursday after Memorial Day to the last Thursday of September.

Tire Costs (effective 10/14/2023): Due to the Township's high cost to dispose of  tires, the following charges have been adopted to help defray some of these expenses: Up to 22-inch tires, $5 per tire; Tractor/semi tires, $20 per tire. Thank you for understanding!

The 2026 Township Cleanup Day was on Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the waste transfer station on Yuill Rd. This annual service is provided by the Township for Corwith Township residents, and we look forward to serving you again in 2027!

Summer taxes go out the first week of July 2026, and are due by September 14, 2026. You may find tax information at
