Vanderbilt Corwith Fire Rescue is a joint Village/Township operated emergency response department whose mission is to prevent loss of life and property.

Responding to fires, the department also responds to medical emergencies, motor vehicle accidents, rescue calls, and incidents involving hazardous materials.

Meetings are held at the Township Hall, 8170 Mill Street, Vanderbilt Michigan, on the 2nd Monday of the month. Meeting Schedule: 6PM on March 10, 2025, April 14, 2025, May 12, 2025, June 9, 2025, July 14, 2025, August 11, 2025, September 8, 2025, October 13, 2025, November 10, 2025, December 8, 2025, January 12, 2026, February 9, 2026, and March 9, 2026. Meetings are held at the Township Hall, 8170 Mill Street, Vanderbilt Michigan.
