at the Discovery Center 
The Pigeon River Discovery Center invites you to check out the many programs available in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Activities have ranged from Master Naturalist workshops to Forest and Tree identification, workshops about Insects, fungi and mushrooms, the life of an Elk, and even Astronomy!

Community Music
Township Music: There is a free music /potluck gathering each month at the Township Hall, except for August. July featured the "Music in the Park" event on the 13th of July at the Trailhead Pavilion in Vanderbilt. The Christmas time music/potluck event at the Township Hall is on Saturday, December 21, 2024. The potluck begins at 12:00 Noon, followed by music.
